Small group classes

With our small group training limited to 10 participants or less, it will be fun, but it’s still small enough to retain high quality. Unlike bootcamp style workouts, your trainer is there to offer more advice than just, “Good Job”. You will benefit by having more personalized attention from your trainer, it’s more economical than one on one training. You’ll have an endless variety of workouts so you won’t get bored.

The number one thing our current clients find though that will the support, motivation, and accountability that you get from a small group of like-minded individuals, the more likely you are to show up!

personal training

Personal training takes fitness to the next level. It’s generally suited to someone who doesn’t feel comfortable just yet working out in a group environment, has specific issues that require many modifications to regular group programming, or may have sport-specific goals and need that intense/specific programming to move forward (marathon or strong man training for example).

When you get a training program specifically designed with your abilities in mind, you start to see results almost immediately. It’s always best to talk to the trainer before you begin any exercise program to determine the best fit for you.

Gayle Johnson, CPT is also a Canadian Powerlifting certified coach with years of experience at provincial, national, and world levels. Gayle is also a nationally certified powerlifting referee. She currently holds several national and provincial records in several weight classes. If you're looking to powerlifting for strength gains or if you are a serious athlete looking to compete, we have you covered here at the studio. Powerlifting is serious business. Let's make sure you get it right!

nutrition coaching

Our nutrition plan is simple. The old adage of you are what you eat could never be truer. It’s as simple as calories in and calories out. Macro nutrition is the basis of our nutrition programming. Consumption of macronutrients (fat, carbs, protein), combined with your micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) determines body composition and generalized health. We look to balance those nutrients so you not only start to look better, but you start to feel better.
